2. Offer and prices
2.1 All prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Oliva reserves the right to change prices and product information.
2.3 Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Oliva.
3. Orders and agreements
3.1 An agreement is concluded at the moment that Oliva confirms the customer's order in writing or by e-mail.
3.2 Oliva reserves the right to refuse orders.
4. Payment
4.1 Payments must be made in advance using the payment methods offered on the website.
4.2 In the event of late payment, Oliva reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery and shipping costs
5.1 Oliva does its utmost to ship orders within 2 working days. If this is not possible, this will be stated on the website.
5.2 Shipping costs will be stated separately at checkout.
5.3 Oliva is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 The customer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason.
6.2 Returns can only be sent via the returns portal.
6.3 Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
7. Complaints and warranty
7.1 In case of complaints, the customer must contact Oliva within 48 hours of receipt via info@olivaceramics.nl.
7.2 If a product is defective, Oliva will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
8. Liability
8.1 Oliva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.2 Oliva's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
9. Intellectual property rights
9.1 All images, texts and designs on the website are the property of Oliva and may not be used without permission.
10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

11.1 Oliva processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
